Use of Personal Information
ISRC uses your information to respond to inquiries, to send materials requested, and to communicate with authors and conference delegates, ISRC uses personal information for statistical purposes in a manner in which the identity of the individual is not disclosed as well as for the peer review of academic abstracts, articles and papers.
Personal Information Management
Personal information gathered through the ISRC website is managed appropriately. Any information that is submitted to ISRC is not released to any third party without the act of consent or request or in accordance to Jordan Law with respect to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws. ISRC will apply an appropriate and reasonable level of security to protect users’ personal information from the risk of loss, destruction, alteration or improper access.
All data obtained by ISRC is held and used in compliance with Jordan Law under the auspices of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information Act and other related laws.
ISRC websites contain links to other websites. ISRC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties who administer other websites.
Cancelation and Refund
Refund and Cancellation requests must be received in writing (email) twenty five days before the first day of the conference (Jordan local time). There is a $75 service charge for refunds on registrations.
In case of changing or deferring or postponing the conference dates and days, we will inform the registered participants by email only without any legal responsibility. And in this case participants have the right to attend the conference on the new dates or cancel their participation. Participants have the right to get full refund if they already paid the conference registration fees.
